GSD Software – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

GSD Software and its affiliates offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase or initial registration. To be eligible:

The request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase or registration.

Refunds apply only to eligible products as indicated in this policy.


1.2 Refund Deductions

All approved refunds will be processed with the following deductions:

- 5% processing fee (covers payment processor fees)

- 10% administrative fee (covers internal administrative costs)

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.


1.3 Restrictions on Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following conditions:

- After attending any portion of a live or virtual training.

- After accessing or downloading digital products, courses, or software.

- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.

- For software subscriptions beyond the 7-day window.

- For annual plans after the 7-day period.


1.4 Submitting a Refund Request

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Include:

-Full name

-Email address used at registration

- Name of product or service

- Reason for refund request

GSD Software reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria.


1.5 Extenuating Circumstances

Refund requests due to severe illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case. Supporting documentation is required.


2. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from GSD Software, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer.

All refund requests must follow the procedures outlined in this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

- Immediate account suspension

- Submission to collections

- Permanent forfeiture of access

- Reporting to payment processors


3. No Prorated Refunds

GSD Software does not offer prorated refunds for:

- Partial months of service

- Early cancellations

- Unused time on subscriptions

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


4. Annual Subscription Policy

Annual plans offer discounted pricing and are non-refundable after the 7-day refund period.


5. Definition of Training Attendance

For refund purposes, attendance includes:

- Viewing any portion of a live call, workshop, or event

- Accessing a course portal

- Viewing or streaming training videos

- Downloading any training materials

- Once any of the above actions occur, the purchase becomes non-refundable.


6. Transfers (Events, Workshops, Programs)

6.1 Transfer Requests

You may request to transfer your registration to a different date/event up to 60 days before the scheduled event.

Transfers are subject to a $99 transfer fee.


6.2 Transfer Limitations

- Only one (1) transfer is permitted per registration.

- Transfers requested within 60 days of an event will not be accepted.

- Transfers are valid for up to 1 year from original registration.

- Transfers to another individual require prior written permission and GSD approval.

- All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.


6.3 Failure to Attend

Failure to attend a registered event without proper cancellation or transfer request will result in forfeiture of payment.


7. Product Purchase Refunds

7.1 Physical Products

Physical items (books, CDs, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 10 days if:

- Returned in original condition

- Original order receipt number is provided

A $30 fee applies to items missing packaging or materials.


7.2 Digital & Software Products

Digital products, software access, downloads, and course materials are non-refundable once accessed.


7.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If a physical product arrives damaged, notify us within 10 days to arrange a replacement.


8. Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions & Services)

8.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel using either method:

A) Email Cancellation

Send an email to [email protected] including:

- Registered email

- Product or subscription to cancel

- Reason for cancellation

B) Software Cancellation

- Cancel directly inside the platform:

- Navigate to Settings → Wallet

- Select the subscription

- Click Cancel


8.2 Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellations take effect on the date the request is received and processed, typically 2-3 business days.


8.3 Impact of Cancellation

Canceling a subscription may result in:

- Loss of premium features

- Removal of software access

- Loss of hosting, funnels, automation, and email tools

- Permanent data deletion (if account is fully cancelled)

- Please back up all data before cancellation.


9. Failed Payment Policy

If a payment fails:

- The system may automatically retry the charge

- Account access may be suspended

- After 7 days of non-payment, the account may be terminated


10. Service Misuse & Termination

GSD Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Spam or email/SMS compliance violations

- Abusive behavior toward staff

- Illegal or prohibited activities

- System misuse or manipulation

- No refunds will be issued in cases involving misuse.


11. Price Modification Policy

GSD Software may adjust pricing at any time. For recurring subscriptions:

- Customers will be notified 30 days in advance

- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing


12. No Guarantee Disclaimer

GSD Software does not guarantee:

- Business results

- Revenue or income outcomes

- Performance improvements

Individual results vary based on implementation and effort.


13. Policy Changes

GSD Software reserves the right to modify or update this policy anytime without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
